Crisp like a lager, aromatic like an IPA, this beer delivers a refreshing burst of island flavor with every pour.

Big Island Mamaki Lager | 4.4% ABV | Locally sourced Big Island of Hawai'i Mamaki 

The Mamaki Lager is a clean, crisp lager brewed with Big Island mamaki leaf. It is light, refreshing, and rooted in island tradition. Mamaki is a Hawaiian herbal superleaf, cherished for generations in la'au lapa'au (traditional Hawaiian healing). Smooth, earthy, and naturally soothing, the mamaki brings a gentle herbal character that blends beautifully into this crisp lager. It's bright, easy drinking, and perfect for a those mellow Hawai'i days.

Maui Persimmon Hefeweizen | 4.6% ABV | Locally sourced Maui Persimmons

The Persimmons Hefeweizen is brewed with 150 pounds of local Maui persimmons. This hefeweizen is bursting with juicy, sun-kissed fruit notes that dance alongside hints of fruitiness and a delicate malt sweetness from the persimmons. It is light, refreshing, and easy to sip.

Coconut Black Lager | 4.4% ABV | Locally sourced Coconuts from O'ahu

A refreshing American black lager brewed with locally grown Hawai’i coconuts. Light in body, smooth, and easy-drinking, this dark lager starts subtle and continues to build across the palate with every sip. Finished with a gentle hint of vanilla, coffee, and chocolate, it delivers rich flavors without the heaviness. Dark in color but crafted perfectly for hot summer days in Hawai’i.

Jabong Belgian Witbier | 5.5% ABV | Locally sourced Jabong from O'ahu

This Belgian wit bier is brewed with local jabong (pomelo) grown in Hawai'i. It is bright, lightly tart, and refreshing, with a soft wheat body and gentle citrus character that highlights the natural freshness of jabong.

Hawai'i Mango Sour | 4.5% ABV | Locally sourced Mangoes from O'ahu

Juicy mango upfront with a lively tartness balanced by subtle sweetness and a crisp, refreshing finish. Like biting into a whole mango grown in Hawai'i - ripe, vibrant, and full of natural flavor.

Local Farmhouse Saison | 5.5% ABV | 2 locally sourced secret ingredients from O'ahu

A bright, refreshing saison brewed with locally sourced ingredients from Hawai’i. Medium-bodied and expressive, it opens with a fresh, garden like aroma and delicate herbal lift, layered with subtle citrus and soft spice. Crisp, dry, and clean on the finish, easy-drinking yet full of character, capturing the essence of the aina (land) and the farmers behind it. 

100% Kona Coffee Schwarzbier | 4.8% ABV | Locally sourced Big Island of Hawai'i 100% Kona Coffee Beans

We took 100% Kona Coffee beans and brewed it into a traditional German-style Schwarzbier, bringing together smooth roasted malt character and the rich, velvety flavors that make Hawai'i-grown coffee so special.

Mahina Midnight Stout | 4.2% ABV 

The Mahina Midnight Session Stout is dark, velvety, and full of island soul. It is balanced with roasted malt, gentle dark chocolate notes, and a silky finish. Low ABV, easy-drinking and full of roasted, smooth flavor.

White IPA | 5.7% ABV

Light, aromatic and perfectly balanced with vibrant island twist of citrus zest, floral hops, and a subtle spice. 

Big Island 100% Kona Coffee Stout | 4.2% ABV | Locally sourced Big Island of Hawai'i 100% Kona Coffee Beans

Brewed with locally sourced 100% Kona coffee from Big Island Hawai'i, rich and full-bodied, it delivers deep notes of roasted kona coffee beans, finishing smooth and velvety with a balanced touched of bitterness.

Amber Rice Lager | 4.7% ABV 

The Amber Rice Lager is brewed in the spirit of traditional Japanese rice lagers, this brew is crisp, ultra-refreshing, and light on the palate thanks to its smooth rice base, while a touch of amber malt adds warmth and depth. Expect a clean finish with subtle notes of toffee and caramel, making this an easy-drinking island lager.
